For MP2 I’ve selected the following trio:
– Kileak (PlayStation)
– Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (Game Boy Advance)`
– Slitterhead (PlayStation 5)
PMC’s been singing Kileak’s praises for years, plus I’ve been looking for an excuse to start my journey through Genki’s mecha games, so its inclusion in S.E.E.S. as the quarterly dungeon crawler is a no-brainer. Tactics Advanced I have a lot of nostalgia for, but little memory of, so I think a re-evaluation is in order. Lastly, even though S.E.E.S. has an obvious a retro bias, I’m not opposed to the occasional new release, especially when it’s directed by Keiichiro Toyama. See: Slitterhead.
